目的探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在人工膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将2010年1-6月入住上海交通大学附属第六人民医院关节外科例行人工膝关节置换术的98患者分为观察组50例和对照组48例,观察...目的探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在人工膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将2010年1-6月入住上海交通大学附属第六人民医院关节外科例行人工膝关节置换术的98患者分为观察组50例和对照组48例,观察组患者接受临床护理路径的护理,对照组患者接受传统方法的护理。出院时,接受膝关节功能康复工具测评(the hospital for special surgery,HSS)和护理工作满意度(satisfaction scale for nursing work,HSS)调查,并对两组的干预效果进行比较和分析。结果护理干预后,在HSS膝关节评分、平均住院天数和患者满意度三方面,两组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径不仅给患者提供了最佳的护理服务,使护理工作系统化和规范化,在提高护理质量的同时,也节约了医疗资源。展开更多
In this paper,a novel monomer(5-(4-(4-vinylbenzyloxy)phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole)(StODO) with strong blue emission is synthesized,and its homopolymer(Homo-PStODO)is prepared by radical polymerization....In this paper,a novel monomer(5-(4-(4-vinylbenzyloxy)phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole)(StODO) with strong blue emission is synthesized,and its homopolymer(Homo-PStODO)is prepared by radical polymerization.The monomer and the homopolymer are characterized by 1H-NMR,Infrared Spectrum,HPLC,elemental analysis and GPC respectively.Then,we study the fluorescence emission spectra of StODO and its polymer,and investigate the influence on fluorescence emission spectra by solution concentration and solvent polarity.The results show that they all have high fluorescent quantum yield and strong fluorescent intensity.展开更多
