文摘采用等电点聚焦电泳对我国东北地区二倍体型和三倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫9种同工酶分析结果表明两者酶蛋白分子存在明显的同源性。G-6-PDH、DIA、PO、TO 和 ACP 5种酶在两型所有受检个体中均表现一致。PGM 和 MDH 呈现多态性,分别可见3种表现型。HK 和 ME 在二倍体型中出现个别酶变异体。依据上述各酶谱均不能对两型加以区分。结果提示它们的亲缘关系十分相近,目前尚未出现很明显的分化。
