Among them, knowledge sharing is very important, especially tacit knowledge sharing is the key. The study found that the typical representative of the tacit knowledge sharing model is academic lectures. This case creates a spatial situation of implicit knowledge sharing by the research team by organizing special tutoring lectures. Through research and analysis, it is found that tacit knowledge sharing needs to pay attention to the academic literacy and willingness of counseling experts, the motivation and guidance of the academic pursuit of value attitude of research team members, strive to build a platform to cultivate the atmosphere of know- ledge sharing, and pay attention to the growth of weak research teams.展开更多
