提高热轧硅钢板电磁性能的探讨

运用数理统计手段分析了硅钢板电磁性能影响因子的作用。对转炉冶炼→连铸→中轧开坯→热轧薄板→成品退火的生产工艺,探讨了硅钢合适的成分配比,轧后急冷能提高硅钢板的电磁性能,终轧后入水板温不宜超过710℃。

本文作者借助水模拟试验,对钢水涡流卷入保护渣的可能性,以及钢水、夹杂物等在结晶器中的行为特征进行了分析。结果表明对于向下直排式水口而言,钢中夹杂物主要来源于钢水中原有的夹杂物。

The activity of MnO in blast furnace-type slags CaO-SiO_2,CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3 and CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO at 1500℃ has been measured in a graphite crucible with Ag and Sn as solvent metals.The agreement between the values of γMnO obtained from the experimental results using Ag and Sn separately as the solvent metal is excellent.The major errors in the previous studies have proved to be the failure to take into account the exchange reactions involving Si and Mn and insufficient time for the establishment of equilibrium between slag and solvent metal. A new method is suggested for determining the activities of elements in metallic solutions. The method involves the separate equilibration of two metallic alloys,one of which contains the component of interest at a known activity, with a single slag. 展开更多
