The diagnosis was based on clinical manifestations, ECG and laboratoryfindings. The mortality rate was 12. 8%,whereas that of clinical improvement and cure was 87. 2% Patients who were aged more than 70 manifested as typical angina pectoris were fewer (11% ). whereas showed heart dysfunction and dyspnea were more (33. 3% ).Our patients could be divided into two groups according to with or without pain.Patiens with pain could be further classified into typical or atypical angina pectoris. The latter consited of (1) pain in the gastrointestinal tract. (2) pain in the epigastrium, and (3) pain in other parts of the body. Patients without pain usually had other symptoms such as (1) coughing and gasping, (2) feeling of oppression in the chest.(3 ) palpitation and dyspnea (Cardiac dysfunction ), (4 ) mental confusion and even coma, (5 ) shock, (6 ) arrhythmia, Most ofour Patients (51 5% ) belonged to no pain group.展开更多
