The effective factors on the acidulation process of the powder of spent alkaline zine mananese battery(SLR Powder)were studied through an orthogonal test,which uiclud the concentration of sulfuric acid,reaction temp...The effective factors on the acidulation process of the powder of spent alkaline zine mananese battery(SLR Powder)were studied through an orthogonal test,which uiclud the concentration of sulfuric acid,reaction temperature,catalyst dosage,and reaction time.The optimal reaction conditions of acidulation were as below:Solid/liquid was 1∶10,ratio of mill was 120-160r.min-1,concentration of sulfuric acid was 10%,temperature reaction was 40℃,catalyze dosage was 2%(v/v) and reaction time was 0.5h.Under this condition,the ratio of dissolvability was 91.04%,and the lixiviation ratio for Zn exceeded 79%,The lixiviation of Mn2+was more than 86%,This provided the theoretical basics for further recycle and use of spent alkaline zinc manganese展开更多
