壳聚糖涂层亲和层析在超氧化物歧化酶纯化中的应用

A new adsorbent for immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) was stud-ied. The preparation of an adsorbent with coated chitosan on silica beads Was made. After being cross-linked by dechloride diglycidyl ether, the chitosan coated adsorbent had good chemical stability andhigh mechanic property. When pH> 3. 8, the Cu2+ was adsorbed easily on the chitosan coated adsor-bent with adorbed capacity of 18 mg Cu2+/g chitosan or 0. 91 mg Cu2+ /g beads. The new adsorbentcouId be used for purification of superoxide dismutase. The recovery of SOD was 89% with a purifi-cation factor of 20.

密室逃脱游戏教育对中青年宫颈癌手术患者疾病不确定感及生活质量的影响

目的探究密室逃脱游戏教育对中青年宫颈癌手术患者疾病不确定感及生活质量的影响。方法选择北京清华长庚医院2020年1月至2022年6月收治的中青年宫颈癌手术患者共90例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组,将患者分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用密室逃脱游戏教育,比较两组患者疾病不确定感水平及术后生活质量。结果观察组患者疾病不确定感量表各维度评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫颈癌患者生活质量测评量表各维度评分均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论密室逃脱游戏教育在中青年宫颈癌手术患者中的应用,能明显缓解患者疾病不确定感,有助于改善其生活质量。
