西米替丁联合聚肌胞治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎

1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 2001年8月～2002年8月我科应用西米替丁联合聚肌胞治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎共25例25眼,男10例,女15例,年龄15～60岁,初发者18例,复发7例,浅层实质型20例,实质型5例.

胃镜检查诱发出血性视网膜脱离一例

病历摘要患者男性,52岁,因发现血压增高5年余,心悸、气促、水肿1月余于2007年12月14日入院。患者5年前发现血压增高,无头晕、头痛等症状。入院前1月无明显诱因出现心悸、气促、水肿,无头痛、头晕、咳嗽、胸闷、胸痛、腹痛、腹泻、尿频、尿急等症状。曾到外院门诊诊治,诊断为＂慢性肾功能衰竭＂,

角膜移植术后颢侧切口白内障超声乳化并折叠人工晶体植入术12例临床观察

Objective To explore the feasibility of Small - incision PHACO combined with folding IOL. Methods Observe and analyze the postoperative change of cornea and vision and the possible reason and mechanism of clinical obvervation on 12 cases of PHACO incised on temporal side combined with folding IOL after kemtoplasty. Results The preoperative visions of 12 cases ranged from LP and 0.04,but after operation the poorest visions were 0.25 of 2 cases, taking up 16.66% while best visions were 0.5 of 3 cases,taking up 25% ;Visions of 10 cases were better than 0.3, taking up 38.34% ;the average vision is 0.4, nearly 10 times of the former. Conclusions PHAC0 incised on temporal side combined with IOL after keratoplasty is a safe and reliable way, which never add damage to CEC for the patients with clear lens, good visual function, and no complication.

角膜移植术后小切口白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶体植入术临床观察

目的 :探讨角膜移植术后行小切口白内障超声乳化折叠式人工晶体植入术的可行性 ;方法 :通过对角膜移植术后的 12例白内障患者施行颞侧角膜隧道小切口白内障超声乳化折叠式人工晶体植入术来观察和分析术后角膜的变化和视力改变的可能原因和机理 ;结果 :12例术前视力在光感～ 0 .0 4之间 ,均低于 0 .0 5 ,术后最低视力 0 .2 5者 2例占 16 .6 6 % ,最好视力 0 .5者 3例占 2 5 % ,0 .3以上者 10例占 83.34% ,平均 0 .4,几乎是术前的十倍 ;结论 :角膜移植术后只要植片透明 ,视功能良好 ,无其他禁忌症的白内障患者 ,术中尽可能注意保护角膜内皮细胞 。
