Multimedia Used for English Class in Middle School

The multimedia application got involved in middle school teaching.It is not only supporting the teaching information but also developing and optimizing the traditional language teaching ways.This paper discusses the application of the multimedia and in the multimedia' s audio-visual environment,how to utilize the multimedia skills to strengthen the teachers' hand、students' listening ability、visual acuity and imaginative power;Meanwhile,it points out some problems existing in multimedia teaching.

养老还须发挥老年人的能动性

一直以来，我们把养老事业当作社会对老年人的“施惠”，疏于挖掘老年人自身的潜力。与发达国家相比，无论在理念还是实践上，我们都有着明显的差距。据调查显示，我国90％以上的老年人认为养相互照顾的养老模式，具体包括老年人结伴而居的拼家养老、社区内成员相互照顾的社区互助养老等很多形式。
