In order to adapt to this change, higher education must re-examine and optimize the system for cultivating the labor qualities of college students. This paper first analyzes the specific requirements of labor qualities for workers in the context of new quality productive forces, including sustained innovative vitality, comprehensive and advanced scientific and technological literacy, and proactive practical skills. Then it proposes the establishment of a system for cultivating the labor qualities of college students based on the needs of new quality productive forces, including setting objectives, optimizing course settings, strengthening practical teaching, and improving the evaluation system. Finally, it discusses the measures for implementing this training system, including strengthening the construction of the teacher team, enhancing policy support, and enhancing cooperation between schools and enterprises.展开更多
