It refers to practically all the culture-related happenings occurred historically within the turf of the Three-Jin Shanxi. Shanxi culture evolved between the Lower Paleolithic and early West Zhou (11th century BC), grew up in West Zhou period when Shuyu was enfeoffed the land of Tang, and flourished for half a millennium between the Spring and Autumn (770 BC - 476 BC) and Warring States periods (476 BC - 221 BC). It lasted and developed in Qin and Han dynasties (221BC-220AD) and had continued its glorious run to recent modern era. And it has been central to the overall development of Chinese civilization. Shanxi culture is noted for its antiquity, originality, politicalness, syncretism and progressiveness. To perpetuate Shanxi culture in the new century, we should, first of all, delve into Shanxi culture from a modern perspective; secondly, we should vigorously develop and utilize the resources of Shanxi culture; and thirdly, we should take effective measures to give full play to Shanxi culture in developing its society and economy and opening up more culture-related industry.

Especially since the publication of "Shanxi Cultural Development Blueprint (2003-2010)," the development of Shanxi’s cultural industry has maintained a strong momentum as a number of strong cultural services, institutions, and cultural projects are in a perfect position to grow bigger and stronger. Meanwhile a group of cultural brands are gaining strong market recognition. It can be said that Shanxi had achieved initial success in building strong cultural industry and creating strong cultural brands. The 2003 Blue Paper on China’s Culture included the working report on Shanxi’s cultural industry development; the soon-to-be-published 2004 Blue Paper on China’s Culture will also include an investigation report on Shanxi’s cultural institutional reform. The Internal Reference published by Guangming Daily has introduced in four installments Shanxi’s institutional reform of cultural services. The successful conclusion in last September of the Second International Forum on China Culture Industry suggests that Shanxi has opened up an international communication channel in cultural fields and that it has taken a decisive step in the development of cultural industry.

根据模拟计算图选取合适的五元精炼渣做Al_(2)O_(3)的吸附试验,试验研究了Al_(2)O_(3)在CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-5%MgO-5%FeO渣系中的溶解速率,讨论了Al_(2)O_(3)棒浸入深度、直径、转速、渣成分以及温度对Al_(2)O_(3)溶解速率的影响,求解了Al_(2)O_(3)在溶解过程中的活化能。
