切吸术,溶核术联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床对比

目的 通过对比经皮椎间盘切吸术 ,注射胶原酶溶核术及二者联合应用 (切溶术 )治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果 ,明确切溶术的临床价值。方法 将切吸术和溶核术的适应证患者 15 0例 ,随机分组 ,每组 5 0例分别行切吸术 (A组 ) ,溶核术 (B组 ) ,切溶术 (C组 ) ,随访观察临床效果。结果 随访 6月～ 3年 ,切吸术有效率 84% ,优良率 72 % ;溶核术有效率 82 % ,优良率 74% ;切溶术有效率 94% ,优良率 90 %。结论 切溶术能提高疗效 ,减少术后疼痛反应的发生 ,并不增加操作的难度 。

Transcutaneous refrigeration of posterior ramus of spinal nerve in the treatment of lumbodynia

Objective:To investigate clinical effect of transcutaneous refrigeration of posterior ramus of spinal nerve in the treatment of lumbodynia.Method:426 patients suffered from low lumbodynia were diagnosed by neurolocation techniques.Transcutaneous refrigeration of posterior ramus of spinal nerve was done using liquid nitrogen.Result:Follow-up was performed for 4 months and 5 yars,and showed excellent therapeutic effect in 380 ases,good in 11 cases,not bad in 16 cases,and poor in 19cases including 6 with recurrence.Good rats was 91.8% .Therapeutic effect is satisfying.Conclusion ranscutaneous refrigeraiton of posteior ramus of spinal nerve is characterized by less injury and favorable therapeutic effect.
