2-(N-苯甲酰胺甲基)-3-氧代丁酸甲酯的合成研究

以三氯化铁为催化剂,乙酰乙酸甲酯与N-羟甲基苯甲酰胺反应,得到2-(N-苯甲酰胺甲基)-3-氧代丁酸甲酯,适宜的反应条件为:反应温度25℃,反应时间2 h,催化剂用量0.3 mol,收率达86%。
