In the case of one patient, Professor Wang Keqin used the syndrome differentiation of liver-qi stagnation, as well as the main treatment principles of supplementing Qi, dispelling Qi, clearing heat, and sedation, using the self-prescribed Danqi Shugan Decoction, to gradually reduce the dosage of Western medicine until it was recovered and stopped. The therapeutic result was outstanding, indicating that traditional Chinese medicine has good feasibility and advantages in the treatment of bipolar disorder, providing important TCM clinical therapy suggestions.展开更多
