This note reports on ou...In previous experiments, we found that colchicine, a chemical interfering with the assembly of microtubules in cells, could markedly enhance the nuclear extrusion effect of cytochalasin B (CB). This note reports on our further findings that colchicine alone could also induce enucleation in a human liver carcinoma cell line. The enucleation processes of the cells caused by colchicine were recorded and analysed with timelapse microcinematography.展开更多
