目的研究超声引导下微创旋切术对女性良性乳腺肿块患者的疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2019年5月济源市第二人民医院收治的60例良性乳腺肿块患者。采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。给予对照组患者环乳晕切口术治疗。...目的研究超声引导下微创旋切术对女性良性乳腺肿块患者的疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2019年5月济源市第二人民医院收治的60例良性乳腺肿块患者。采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。给予对照组患者环乳晕切口术治疗。对观察组患者采用超声引导下微创旋切术治疗。比较两组术中出血量、切口长度、切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度、并发症发生率及患者对切口美观满意度。术后12 h,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估并比较两组患者的疼痛程度。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,切口愈合时间、切口长度及瘢痕长度均短于对照组,术后12 h VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率[6.67%(2/30)]较对照组[26.67%(8/30)]低(P<0.05)。观察组对切口美观的满意度[96.67%(29/30)]较对照组[73.33%(22/30)]高(P<0.05)。结论采用超声引导下微创旋切术治疗女性良性乳腺肿块的创伤小,患者术后恢复快,并发症少,疼痛感轻。这种手术方式能有效缩短瘢痕长度,提高患者对切口美观的满意度。展开更多
