Objectives To find out the association between the sensorineural hearing loss and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the expression of ACE2 and TMPRSS2 in hamsters and mice was detected.Design Using the public data from the National Center for Biotechnology Information and the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data,the expression of ACE2 and TMPRSS2 at the transcriptomic,DNA,and protein levels of ACE2 in the brain,inner ear,and muscle from the golden Syrian hamsters(Mesocricetus auratus)and mice(Mus musculus)was assessed.Results We identified ACE2 and TMPRSS2 expressed at different levels in the inner ear and brain at DNA and transcriptomic levels of both mice and hamsters.The protein expression from the brain and inner ear showed a similar pattern,while the expression of ACE2 from the inner ear was relatively higher than that from the muscle.Conclusion Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)shows genetic potential to infect the hearing system of rodents and lead to sudden sensorineural hearing loss that can be used as a characteristic to detect asymptomatic patients of COVID-19. 展开更多

目的建立一种使用高效液相色谱测定洗发类化妆品中常用的3种去屑剂水杨酸、酮康唑和氯咪巴唑的检测方法。方法采用甲醇-乙腈(5∶95,V/V)提取洗发类化妆品中的去屑剂,采用C_(18)色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇-乙腈-缓冲盐溶液(10∶50∶40,V/V)... 目的建立一种使用高效液相色谱测定洗发类化妆品中常用的3种去屑剂水杨酸、酮康唑和氯咪巴唑的检测方法。方法采用甲醇-乙腈(5∶95,V/V)提取洗发类化妆品中的去屑剂,采用C_(18)色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇-乙腈-缓冲盐溶液(10∶50∶40,V/V)为流动相,进样量为20μl,柱温为25℃,在230 nm波长下进行检测。结果 3种去屑剂均在2.5 mg/L^50.0 mg/L时线性关系良好,方法的检出限(3S/N)为2.28 mg/L^6.80 mg/L,加标回收率为86.9%~110.9%,相对标准偏差为0.39%~6.67%。采用该方法对6件市售产品进行检测,有4件检出水杨酸,1件检出氯咪巴唑,1件检出酮康唑。结论本方法简便、快速,准确,可用于洗发类化妆品中常用的3种去屑剂水杨酸、酮康唑和氯咪巴唑的检测。 展开更多
