目的系统评价红细胞分布宽度(red cell distribution width,RDW)与接受静脉溶栓治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)患者预后的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国生物医学文...目的系统评价红细胞分布宽度(red cell distribution width,RDW)与接受静脉溶栓治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)患者预后的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库,检索时间从建库到2021年5月,查找公开发表的关于RDW与静脉溶栓的AIS患者预后关系的研究。用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表评价文献质量,采用RevMan 5.3软件处理数据,用比值比(odds ratio,OR)和95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI)分析接受静脉溶栓治疗的AIS患者RDW与预后的关系。结果最终纳入5篇研究,共1269例参与者。5篇均为回顾性病例对照研究。由于存在统计学异质性(I^(2)=59%,P=0.04),选择随机效应模型。Meta分析结果显示,在接受静脉溶栓治疗的AIS患者中,溶栓前RDW升高者较未升高者预后不良的可能性大[OR=1.50,95%CI(1.14,1.98),P=0.004]。结论RDW升高与AIS溶栓患者不良结局相关,可能是溶栓治疗患者预后不良的一个危险因素。展开更多

We then investigate the cosmological evolution of f(T) massive gravity, and constrain it by using the latest observational data. We find that it slightly favors a crossing of the phantom divide line from the quintessence-like phase (wae 〉 -1) to the phantom-like one (wae 〈 -1) as redshiff decreases.展开更多
