目的观察延续性护理对老年人工髋关节置换术后(THR)患者髋关节功能及生存质量的影响。方法将2013年2月至2014年6月收治的,与观察组性别、年龄、疾病类型等接近的,未实施延续性护理的43例,设为对照组;2014年7月至2016年2月收治的实施延...目的观察延续性护理对老年人工髋关节置换术后(THR)患者髋关节功能及生存质量的影响。方法将2013年2月至2014年6月收治的,与观察组性别、年龄、疾病类型等接近的,未实施延续性护理的43例,设为对照组;2014年7月至2016年2月收治的实施延续性护理的43例,设为观察组。于出院时、出院3个月及6个月采用Harris评分表及SF-36量表评估两组得分情况。结果观察组出院3个月时的Harris总分、出院6个月时的Harris总分与SF-36评分中P F、GH、R E 3个维度得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理是由医院走向家庭的有效手段,能增强患者对疾病康复的信心,提高自我照顾能力及生存质量。展开更多

The rough set-based technique was used to handle the uncertainty arisen from artifacts in the acquired images imprinted on a vehicle. However, it has been proved to be NP-hard to find all reductions and the minimal reduction, and generally different heuristic algorithms were used to find a set of reductions and the Ganssian distribution was used to describe the uncertainty to achieve the minimal reduction. On the basis of inductive logic programming, the technique can distinguish between two similar images, as is superior to the conventional pattern-recognition technique being merely capable of classifier. Furthermore, it can avoid some failures of the technique based on the correlation coefficient to authenticate binary image. The experiments show an accuracy rate close to 93. 2%.展开更多
