An observation was performed with light mi-croscopy, electron microscopy and immunofluorescence microscopy using specificantiserum against factor Ⅷrelated antigen. It identified that the cultured cellswere endothelial cells. Medium RPMI-1640 supplemented with 20% humanserum, endothelial cell growth factor 200μg/ml, heparin 100μg/ml and gelatincoated flasks were very important conditions for long-term culture of humanendothelial cell.展开更多
