目的:系统评价2012年至今中国成年女性(≥18岁)宫颈癌患病率。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),收集关于中国成年女性宫颈癌患病率的...目的:系统评价2012年至今中国成年女性(≥18岁)宫颈癌患病率。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),收集关于中国成年女性宫颈癌患病率的横断面研究,检索时限为2012年1月至2022年6月。由2名研究员独立筛选文献,提取资料,进行偏倚风险评价,采用Stata 17.0软件对纳入的研究进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入104个横断面研究,包括3305476例研究对象,1426例中国成年女性宫颈癌患者。Meta分析结果显示,近10年中国成年女性宫颈癌患病率为0.08%[95%CI(0.08%,0.09%)]。亚组分析结果:以经济带分组,东部经济带女性宫颈癌患病率为0.07%[95%CI(0.07%,0.08%)],中部经济带为0.08%[95%CI(0.07%,0.10%)],西部经济带为0.10%[95%CI(0.09%,0.11%)]。以居住地分组,城市女性宫颈癌患病率为0.08%[95%CI(0.08%,0.09%)],农村女性为0.08%[95%CI(0.07%,0.09%)]。以调查年份分组,2012~2016年度女性宫颈癌患病率为0.08%[95%CI(0.07%,0.08%)],2017~2022年度为0.10%[95%CI(0.09%,0.11%)]。结论:近10年我国成年女性(≥18岁)宫颈癌患病率呈上升趋势,我国宫颈癌患病率与经济发展呈负相关。展开更多
