音乐的“学科综合”探索的是音乐教学与其他教学领域的融合。在初中音乐课的歌唱课中,音乐与相关学科、相关文化的有效融合,能够增强学生的学习兴趣,增强对音乐的认识,提高对音乐的感知能力,使学生的创造性思维得到进一步发展,音乐创造...音乐的“学科综合”探索的是音乐教学与其他教学领域的融合。在初中音乐课的歌唱课中,音乐与相关学科、相关文化的有效融合,能够增强学生的学习兴趣,增强对音乐的认识,提高对音乐的感知能力,使学生的创造性思维得到进一步发展,音乐创造能力得到增强。因此,关注“学科综合”,有效进行学科之间的融合并加以运用,在初中唱歌课堂中具有十分重要的意义。笔者通过对“学科综合”的概念分析,以及对音乐课堂中“学科综合”的必要性分析,以《义务教育艺术课程标准(2022年版)》的课程理念和课程内容为指导,探索“学科综合”在初中音乐歌唱课堂中的运用方法,以期研究出更有效的“学科综合”教学策略。The “subject synthesis” of music explores the integration of music teaching and other teaching fields. In the singing class of junior high school music class, the effective integration of music with related disciplines and related cultures can enhance students’ interest in learning, enhance their understanding of music, improve their perception of music, further develop their creative thinking and enhance their ability to create music. Therefore, it is of great significance to pay attention to “subject synthesis” and effectively integrate and apply it in junior high school singing class. 目的探讨参芪利水颗粒配合脐灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructivepulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月自河北省保定市第一中医院收治的60例AECOPD患者,按...目的探讨参芪利水颗粒配合脐灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructivepulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月自河北省保定市第一中医院收治的60例AECOPD患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上脐灸联合参芪利水颗粒治疗,治疗2周后,观察比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗安全性,治疗前后改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸问卷(modified British medical research council,mMRC)评分、慢阻肺患者自我评估测试(COPD Assessment test,CAT)评分、血气分析指标及血清炎性因子[降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor alpha-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)]水平。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率93.33%(28/30)明显高于对照组66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者mMRC、CAT评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组mMRC、CAT评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者PaCO_(2)指标均较治疗前降低,PaO_(2)和SaO_(2)指标均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组PaCO_(2)指标较对照组明显降低,PaO_(2)和SaO 2指标均较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者PCT、TNF-α、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组PCT、TNF-α、IL-6水平均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未见与治疗药物相关的不良反应情况发生。结论参芪利水颗粒配合脐灸能够抑制AECOPD炎症反应,改善患者血气分析指标,缓解临床症状。展开更多
