Methods The injection of 0.025mg·0.05mg·0.15mg scopolamine was performed on rabbits and mice. After 30 minuters, to observe the effect scopolamine of thrombus outside the animals. Results 0.025mg·0.05mg·0.15mg·kg^-1 scopolamine have restrained the thrombus of rabbits and mice in outside. The restrained rate of rabbits and mice were 68.04% ,78.35%, 81.44% and 68.7% ,72.5% ,75.53%. Compared with 0.9% sodium chloride it had obsolute discrepancy (P < 0.05).The more dose the more action. Conclusion The different dose scopolamine had restrained formation thrombus outside of rabbits and mice displayed that it had dose - response relationship.展开更多
