Thus, improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning is a critical way for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality talents. Based on the talent cultivation management program and the implementation standard of course teaching and learning effectiveness evaluation of an applied university, this paper studies the implementation of OBE (Outcome-Based Education) curriculum effectiveness teaching practice and evaluation mechanism of college English course, combining the characteristics of the subject course and the planned evaluation mechanism of teaching and learning, and develops a teaching practice model suitable for the continuous improvement of the quality of college English course. The results of the evaluation mechanism will be used to continuously improve and guarantee the learning outcomes of the course, so as to realize the unity of the course objectives and graduation requirements.展开更多
