Methods: The levels of NE,DA, 5-HT, MHPG, HVA, and 5-HIAA in CSF were tested in 21 negative schizophrenia and 11 depression patients. ALL patients were evaluated by HAMD and SANS. Results: The HAMD total score was significantly lower in negative schizophrenia than in depression (p<0.01), there was no difference in SANS between the two groups. The NE level was significantly higher in negative schizophrenia than in depression (p<0.05). Conclusion: Specificity and heterogeneity exist in clinic symptoms and neurobiology between negative schizophrenia and depression.展开更多
