The results showed significant difference between A. sativa and A. nuda for gliadin type. The two species in total showed 5 types. For the 29 A. sativa varieties, 79.3% were type Ⅱ, types Ⅲ and Ⅴ accounted for 6.9% each, and typesⅠand Ⅳ 3.4% each. For the 13 A. nuda (varieties,) (92.0%) were typeⅠ, and 8.0% were type Ⅱ.展开更多
