The grafting of Acrylic Acid(AA) onto starch by microwave radiation was studied .The effects of the type and proportion of initiator ,the content of NaOH,the content of mononer and the radiation condition on the graft...The grafting of Acrylic Acid(AA) onto starch by microwave radiation was studied .The effects of the type and proportion of initiator ,the content of NaOH,the content of mononer and the radiation condition on the grafting reaction were investigated.The proper reaction conditions were as follow:5g starch,2g AA,2.19×10 -2 mol initiator Ce 4+ APS,110W microwave power,30 min microwave radiation with 15 min intervals and the highest grafting degree reached 42.09%.The molecular weight of grafted poly(Acrylic Acid)was 8.95×10 4. The regularity of microwave grafting showed the similarity with the thermal grafting.展开更多
