On the Construction of effective English classroom in Junior Middle School under the situation of New Curriculum Reform

Taking the new course into the background, this paper sums up the effective English classroom construction mode which can adapt to the new curriculum reform,and helps students lay a good foundation for English.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,junior middle school English class has high efficiency to improve students' English skills.

基层税务行政处罚问题和对策研究——以广东省H市D区税务机关为例

税务行政处罚作为行政处罚的重要部分,在税务工作中起到惩戒违法、保障税法实施、防范税收风险和保障合法权益的关键作用。税务机关实施行政管理和执法措施时,税务行政处罚是其日常工作,与广大纳税人、扣缴义务人等群体息息相关。因此,税务行政处罚的法治化和规范化,对于全面推进依法治税、加快建设法治税务以及服务社会经济发展具有重大意义。本文围绕立法和执法两个角度开展,以广东省H市D区基层税务机关的税务行政处罚实践为案例,分析存在的问题和不足,并提出相应的对策措施,以期丰富理论研究的基层视角和提升实际工作的税收征管质效。
