The Components having calcium antagonist effect were isolated from richosanthes with 70% C 2H 5OH.The analytical data showed that the mixture was composed of saturated aliphatic acids,spinasterol and 24 dihydro 10α cucurbitadienol.

四川瓜蒌具钙拮抗作用的组分分析

用 70 %乙醇从四川瓜蒌中提取分离出具有钙拮抗作用的组分 ,经红外谱、薄层色谱、核磁共振与质谱等系列分析 ,确定其含有饱和脂肪酸混合物、菠菜甾醇和 2 4 -二氢 - 1 0α -葫芦二烯醇。
