子宫内膜异位症患者性周期β－内啡肽变化及中药内异方对其的影响

本研究检测了子宫内膜异位症（内异症）患者治疗前后及健康人卵泡期、黄体期外周血。β－内啡肽（β－ＥＰ）水平。结果提示：（１）内异症患者痛经程度与黄体期β－内啡肽水平高低有关。（２）中药内异方通过提高内异症患者β－ＥＰ水平，从而缓解痛经、盆腔痛，并调节内异症患者的免疫功能。

Effect of Nei－Yi Recipe（内异方）on Plasma β－Endorphin level during Menstrual Cycle in Women with Endometriosis

In order to investigate the mechanism of Nei-Yi Recipe (NYR) in treatment of endometriosis,the changes of plasma -endorphin ( -EP) level in women with endometriosis treated by NYR were ob-served. It was found that in luteal phase -EP concentrations in plasma were significantly reduced in moderateand severe dysmenorrhea groups compared with mild and control groups. Moreover, -EP Ievel in severedysmenorrhea group was lower in the luteal phase than that in the follicuIar phase, and it was lower in pa-tients with pelvic pain than that without it. In normal women. the -EP level in plasma were not changed dur-ing menstrual cycle. It was also found that plasma -EP Ievels were significantly increased in luteal phase andfollicular phase after treatment by NYR. The therapeutical mechanism of NYR on dysmenorrhea and pelvicpain and the immunoenhancing function might be mediated by increase of plasma -EP levels.
