This paper introduces a modular approach for the design of the current regulator with a very wide current range. The test results show that their output current ranges from 0.1A to 8A, with its current temperature coefficient as low as 10-4/℃ to 10-5/℃ and limiting voltage lower than 0.4V.展开更多
