To establish a convenient and efficient SPME/GC-MS method for the determination of terbufos in mulberry leaf.Samples were extracted by HS/SPME and analyzed by GC-MS.Mean recoveries ranged from(90±5.7)%.The method was simple,rapid,accurate,and was suitable for qualititative analysis of terbufos residue in mulberry leaf.
