Methods: Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.8 µm) was used as the analytical column, with acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution (pH 4.5) as the mobile phase in a gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min and temperature of 35˚C, and quantified by external standard method. Results: The linearity of the four types of artificial sweeteners was good in the concentration range of 5~100 mg/L, and correlation coefficients were all higher than 0.999. The quantitative limit of the method was 26.8~212.7 mg/kg, and the average sample recovery rate was 93.6%~108.3%. This method was used to detect 10 different flavors of electronic cigarette liquids. Except for the tobacco flavor, most electronic liquids contained artificial sweeteners, and neotame was the most frequent. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate, efficient, and convenient, and is suitable for the detection of artificial sweeteners in electronic cigarette liquids.展开更多
