A set of planar kinematical equations for a missile pursuing a target is derived first, followed by a brief analysis of proportional navigation (PN) guidance law. The robust guidance problem is formed after an analysis of guidance system, which is then reformed as the standard H ∞ control problem. A robust guidance law is finally deduced from H ∞ control theory. Simulations indicate that the missile employing this guidance law can attack more maneuverable targets than that with PN guidance law.展开更多
