本实验以干燥厚朴(Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.)皮为原料,用甲醇的水溶液来进行热浸渍提取法提取有效成分,而后用旋转蒸发仪浓缩,再用正己烷,二氯甲烷,乙酸乙酯,正丁醇依次萃取,分别得到正己烷,二氯甲烷,乙酸乙酯,正丁醇和水...本实验以干燥厚朴(Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.)皮为原料,用甲醇的水溶液来进行热浸渍提取法提取有效成分,而后用旋转蒸发仪浓缩,再用正己烷,二氯甲烷,乙酸乙酯,正丁醇依次萃取,分别得到正己烷,二氯甲烷,乙酸乙酯,正丁醇和水层五个层。将乙酸乙酯层浓缩后,用硅胶柱层析法进行分离纯化,并依据核磁共振确定其结构。结果表明:分离得到了较纯的起主要药用作用的木质素类化合物1:5,5′-二烯丙基-2,2′-联苯二酚(厚朴酚)和化合物2:5,3′-二烯丙基-2,4′-联苯二酚(和厚朴酚)。展开更多
