In this paper,Japanese Giant Ear rabbits were superovulated with the same hormone combination( FSH+hCG) but the different hormone level( project 1,project 2,project 3).The results were as follows, the average number o...In this paper,Japanese Giant Ear rabbits were superovulated with the same hormone combination( FSH+hCG) but the different hormone level( project 1,project 2,project 3).The results were as follows, the average number of ovulation point and the average number of oocytes recovered from project 2 and project 3 were more than which recovered from project 1(P<0.05),the average number of ovulation point(39.00±9.17),the average number of oocytes(30.67±7.71)and the average recovered rate(78.63%)recovered from spring were higher than autumn(21.58±7.10,15.17±4.97,70.27%)(P<0.05),injected the same dose of FSH with the method of constant and degressive, the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05).展开更多
