The suitable medium formula was selected, namely 50 g of potato, 20 g of glucose, 1.5 g of peptone, 1 g of KH2PO4, 0.5 g of MgSO4, 10 mg of Vitamin B1, 1000 mL of water, and natural pH. On this basis, four factors were designed, including shaking table speed, vitamin B1 addition concentration, bottling volume of culture medium, and settling time before shaking, to conduct comparative experiments on V. volvacea liquid strain shaking table cultivation. The results showed that the most suitable shaking table speed for the cultivation of V. volvacea liquid strains was 130 r/min;the optimal concentration of added vitamin B1 was 15 mg/L;the optimal filling volume for a 250 mL conical flask and culture medium was 80 mL;the best effect was to let the culture medium stand for 36 hours before shaking it on a shaker.展开更多

The results showed that four mineral elements, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu, had a promoting effect on the mycelial growth of liquid Agrocybe aegerita strains. Among them, Zn had the most significant effect on the mycelial growth of Agrocybe aegerita, followed by Fe, Mn, and Cu. These four mineral elements can exert their effects by adding them alone or by mixing them together. The mixed addition has a better effect than adding them alone. The optimal combination to promote the mycelial growth of Agrocybe aegerita is 0.25 g/L ZnSO4·7H2O, 0.30 g/L FeSO4·7H2O, 0.20 g/L MnSO4·H2O, and 0.15 g/L CuSO4·5H2O.展开更多

Three groups of cassava stalks were set with proportions of 70%, 55%, and 40%, respectively, and three treatments were set for each group, for a total of nine treatments. The cultivation experiment of Ganoderma lucidum was conducted to explore the feasibility of cultivating G. lucidum with cassava stalks and the high-yield and high-quality cultivation formula. The results showed that using cassava stalks as the main raw material to cultivate G. lucidum was feasible. Using cassava stalks as a carbon source alone or adding appropriate mulberry stalks and sugarcane bagasse to cassava stalks could achieve good cultivation effects. Among them, adding 30% sugarcane bagasse to cassava stalks had the best cultivation effect.展开更多
