Methods: The 2022 resident training physicians of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and two groups of resident training physicians with different training methods were investigated by questionnaire and scale. Results: The scores of independent learning ability, critical thinking ability and all dimensions, practice achievement, skill training effect and teaching satisfaction of resident training physicians in the intervention group were higher than those in the traditional teaching mode, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The mixed teaching based on BOPPPS teaching model can effectively improve the effect of aseptic technique operation training for resident physicians.展开更多
