The concept of LDR is studied and applied for damage imaging of delamination in composite laminates. Aiming at the problem of poor anti-noise ability and inaccurate damage identification in traditional detection process,an LDR-based multi-frequency method is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed method can realize the localization and imaging of delamination damage in composite materials.展开更多
化生性乳腺癌(metaplastic breast cancer,MBC)是一类罕见、具有不同亚型的乳腺癌,由于该类肿瘤少见,容易漏诊和误诊,目前没有专门针对MBC的标准化治疗指南,在临床实践中,MBC面临着重大挑战。2021年2月我院收治了1例老年晚期MBC患者,首...化生性乳腺癌(metaplastic breast cancer,MBC)是一类罕见、具有不同亚型的乳腺癌,由于该类肿瘤少见,容易漏诊和误诊,目前没有专门针对MBC的标准化治疗指南,在临床实践中,MBC面临着重大挑战。2021年2月我院收治了1例老年晚期MBC患者,首先接受3程紫杉醇(白蛋白结合型)单药化疗,因肿瘤负荷大,加用帕博利珠单抗免疫治疗5程,在2程后出现假性进展,经评估后继续联合治疗,复查获得部分缓解,现患者在帕博利珠单抗维持治疗中,末次随访患者无进展生存时间已达20个月。这表明对于晚期化生性乳腺癌患者化疗联合帕博利珠单抗免疫治疗是一个重要选择,疗效获益明显,且药物耐受性良好,值得临床医生参考。展开更多
