The amplified products were sequenced,the nucleotide identities were analysed(MEGA 3 software) and the phylogenetic tree was constructed.The results showed that S gene of most of the HBV serum samples clustered into genotype D while C gene of the samples clustered into genotype C which demonstrated that HBV genotypes mostly were recombinants of HBV C and D genes in Zang population in Tong-de area of Qinghai Province.展开更多
