Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted among college students in a certain university in Guangdong using personality advantage questionnaire, adolescent life event scale, and subjective well-being scale. The results showed that: 1) The level of personality advantage had a significant positive predictive effect on the happiness of college students (β = 0.560, p p < 0.05) between personality advantage and college student happiness. Conclusion: Stress life events negatively regulate the impact of personality advantage on college student happiness, weakening the positive effect of personality advantage on college student happiness. Therefore, measures should be taken to reduce the impact of life events on college students, thereby weakening their impact on their sense of happiness.展开更多
