Because its symptoms, signs, and imaging manifestations are nonspecific, it is difficult to make a preoperative diagnosis. A clear diagnosis needs to rely on pathological examination. This paper reports a case of gynecological malignant tumor combined with uterine lipoleiomyoma. This paper analyzes the characteristics, clinical manifestations, imaging findings, pathological diagnosis, and treatment of this disease and performs a literature review, so as to provide help for understanding the characteristics of this disease and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.展开更多
