为了探索异种金属微型零件焊接的新工艺,采用电容储能冲击焊接方法,成功地实现了铁丝-铜板的焊接,并研究了电容容量、充电电压、铁丝尖端角度、焊接介质(机油)等工艺参数对焊接接头断裂拉力的影响,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了焊接... 为了探索异种金属微型零件焊接的新工艺,采用电容储能冲击焊接方法,成功地实现了铁丝-铜板的焊接,并研究了电容容量、充电电压、铁丝尖端角度、焊接介质(机油)等工艺参数对焊接接头断裂拉力的影响,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了焊接接头的显微组织.结果表明,电容储能冲击焊适合铁丝-铜板异种金属的焊接,接头断裂拉力最大可达350N,铁丝一侧的熔合区由2~8μm的细晶粒组成.其最佳的焊接参数是电容容量60mF,充电电压68V,铁丝尖端角度50°,加机油. 展开更多

This paper presents the results of a research into capacitor discharge percussion welding (CDPW) of pure aluminum wires and pure copper sheets, using percussion welding power and special welding device. A lot of CDPW factors, which will affect aluminum and copper dissimilar bonding, are described and these parameters have also been optimized. The fracture pull, interface compounds, microstructure and hardness are all studied. The results show that aluminum wire welding to copper sheet can form a sound weld and in some conditions the fracture pull is similar to that of the pure aluminum wires. The capacitance, discharge voltage, wire taper angle and machine oil as welding assistant medium affect fracture pull. The intermetaUic compounds A12 Cu appears on the copper side of joint.
