Therefore, the mode and formulation of specified talent cultivation are of paramount importance. This paper starts with the student admission and employment status of the infant and toddler childcare services and management major, the current situation of professional talent cultivation mode of integration between education and production, and conducts a survey on talent needs of all cooperative enterprises and units to optimize the talent cultivation plan and teaching mode based on employment orientation. It promotes the quality of professional education and teaching. With the development of social and economic development in China, the level of development of vocational specialties directly affects the quality of education, therefore, the specified talent cultivation mode of vocational education must keep up with the development of society and the industry, truly take the student’s own development as the starting point, continuously explore effective modes and channels, enhance the professional ability of vocational students, and better serve society.展开更多
