The SrAl2O4 powder has been synthesized by high temperature solid-state method,using strontium nitrate and alumina as reactants,and well characterized by X-ray powder diffraction method.The best reaction temperature is found to be at 1250℃,which is 540℃ less than that by traditional method.The minor amount of rare earth doped to the reaction system and the corresponding influence on the formation of SrAl2O4 have been also discussed in detail. 展开更多
