目的探讨氢气对高尿酸血症的疗效。方法采用随机对照双盲法,将确诊为高尿酸血症的男性患者分为试验组和对照组。试验组:生活方式干预配合服用溶解了氢气的水(浓度为1.0~1.5 mg/L)调理,每次200 m L,每日3次;对照组:生活方式干预配合服用...目的探讨氢气对高尿酸血症的疗效。方法采用随机对照双盲法,将确诊为高尿酸血症的男性患者分为试验组和对照组。试验组:生活方式干预配合服用溶解了氢气的水(浓度为1.0~1.5 mg/L)调理,每次200 m L,每日3次;对照组:生活方式干预配合服用不加氢气的安慰剂水,剂量相同。干预时间为3个月。记录干预前后患者年龄、血压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、血尿酸、血肌酐和尿素等实验室检查,自我感觉评定及亚健康状况测评。结果揭盲后,试验组实际参与40例,完成37例,脱失3例(7.50%);对照组实际参与40例,完成30例,脱失10例(25.00%);合计67例完成研究,平均年龄(40.7±7.5)岁。两组均未出现因为不良反应而退出研究的病例。对照组的脱失率明显高于试验组(χ~2=4.5006,P=0.03),试验组的自我感觉有效率明显高于对照组。两组在调理前的亚健康评分之间,差异无统计学意义(t=0.4553,P=0.65),但是调理后,试验组的评分明显低于对照组(t=2.9564,P=0.00)。试验组的舒张压、总胆固醇和尿酸水平出现显著性下降,尤其是试验组调理前后尿酸的平均水平下降达(66.69±111.38)μmo L/L(t=3.3870,P=0.00),而对照组观察前后无明显变化。结论氢气对高尿酸血症有一定的治疗作用,同时可改善患者的自我感觉。展开更多
