在校研究生培养质量评价目的在于改善研究生人才培养模式、构建合适的课程体系、加强研究的实践创新能力、提升研究生管理的国际化水平,为此,本研究在综合分析影响在校硕士研究生培养质量因素的基础上,将在校硕士研究生培养质量划分为...在校研究生培养质量评价目的在于改善研究生人才培养模式、构建合适的课程体系、加强研究的实践创新能力、提升研究生管理的国际化水平,为此,本研究在综合分析影响在校硕士研究生培养质量因素的基础上,将在校硕士研究生培养质量划分为方案及体系设置、实践活动、任课老师素质、导师素质、导师队伍相关要素以及学习环境六个维度,构建了包含31个二级指标的在校硕士研究生培养质量评价体系,并通过问卷调查法对重庆大学公共管理学院在校硕士研究生进行实证分析,进一步验证公共管理学院在校硕士研究生培养质量评价的影响因素。研究发现,任课老师及导师的素质对在校硕士研究生培养质量的影响最为显著。并据此提出相应的对策建议,以期进一步突出教育管理、导师指导和培养条件对在校硕士研究生培养质量的促进作用。The purpose of evaluating the training quality of postgraduate students is to improve the postgraduate talent training model, construct an appropriate curriculum system, strengthen the practical innovation capabilities of research, and enhance the internationalization level of postgraduate management. Therefore, based on a comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the training quality of postgraduate students, this study divides the training quality of postgraduate students into six dimensions: program and system settings, practical activities, quality of teachers, quality of supervisors, related factors of supervisor teams, and learning environment. An evaluation system for the training quality of postgraduate students, consisting of 31 secondary indicators, is constructed. An empirical analysis is conducted among the postgraduate students in the School of Public Administration, Chongqing University, through a questionnaire survey to further verify the influencing factors of the training quality evaluation. The results show that the quality of teachers and supervisors has the most significant impact on improving the training quality. Based on these findings, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, aiming to further highlight the promoting effects of educational management, supervisor guidance, and training conditions on the training quality of postgraduate students.展开更多
