The results showed that Ge-401 (471unol/L) decreed markals the OGD inked LDH relent (P<0.001) and this effectwas strengthened by increasing the Ge-401 concentration. the stdy of ultrastwturalchanges by the electron microscope also suggested that Ge-401 could lessen the inureycaused by OGD on CMC, such as membrane damage,karyopyknosis and mitochondria enlargement.
