METHOD:The sample was analys ed on C 18 column,wit h a mobile phase of phosphate buffer[consisted of a mixture of 0 01 mol/L NaH 2 PO 4 -0 01 mol/L Na 2 HPO 4 (68 5∶31 5)]-methanol(85∶1 5) at the detection wavelength of 260 nm and the flow rate is 1 0 mol/min,the c olumn temperature is 30 ℃. RESULT:This method had good linear relationship,The average recovery of adenosin e was 100 5% and RSD 1 75%. CONCLUSION:This method i s simple and rapid. The result was more satisfactory.展开更多
