Chromatographic pattern of villous extract on DE52 and fractionation on G100 sephadex demonstrated that multiple polypeptides expressed EPF activity in RIT. Healthy villis can be the original site of EPF production after implantation. In addition, healthy villi may be used in the search for EPF phenomenon and EPF detective method.展开更多
